摘要
氢气是合成氨生产过程中的主要原料,是氨合成的有效气体成分。在合成氨生产过程中提高氢气利用率,是降低生产成本最有效、最便捷的方式。本文主要针对天源公司氢回收尾气中氢含量高及尾气利用不充分的实际情况,通过新增膜分离装置,进一步回收利用氢回收尾气中的氢气。
Hydrogen is the main raw material in the process of ammonia synthesis and the effective gas component in ammonia synthesis.To improve the utilization rate of hydrogen in the production process of synthetic ammonia is the most effective and convenient way to reduce production cost.In view of the fact that the hydrogen content in the tail gas of hydrogen recovery is high and the tail gas is not fully utilized in Tianyuan Company,a new membrane separation plant is added to further recover and utilize hydrogen in the tail gas of hydrogen recovery.
