Technical retrofit of CO2 component regulation measures in methanol synthesis unit

简要介绍新型煤气化装置甲醇合成反应原理,以及CO2气体成分对甲醇反应的影响,根据现有装置运行情况,对CO2成分调节手段进行技术升级改造,达到优化甲醇合成反应,提高甲醇品质的目的。

This paper briefly introduces the methanol synthesis reaction principle of the new coal gasification unit,and the influence of CO2 gas components on methanol reaction.According to the operation situation of the existing unit,technical upgrading and retrofit of CO2 component regulation measures are carried out to optimize the methanol synthesis reaction and improve the quality of methanol.
