摘要
芦子沟煤业现主要掘进10#煤首采面顺槽,矿井初步设计中大巷和顺槽支护均根据类似经验确定,巷道进入煤层后对煤层和顶底板围岩力学性质和地应力状态进行测试,根据测试结果,采用理论计算、FLAC3D数值模拟和工程类比等方法,对初步设计中巷道支护设计进行优化,起到节约支护材料,提高单进效率的目的。
The 10#coal first mining face roadway is mainly drilling in Luzigou coal mine, the preliminary design of the mine main roadway and gateway support are based on similar experience has been determined.The mechanical properties and in-situ stress state of the surrounding rock of the coal seam and the roof and floor are tested after the roadway enters the coal seam, by means of theoretical calculation,FLAC3D numerical simulation and engineering analogy,optimizes the design of roadway support in preliminary design, which can save supporting materials and improve the single-advance efficiency.
