帽帽山选煤厂环境污染与防治措施

Environmental Pollution and Control in Maomaoshan Coal Preparation Plant

分析了帽帽山选煤厂建成后对周边环境造成的污染来源及类型,有大气污染、水体污染、固体废物、噪声等。针对这些污染的防治措施有厂房内使用水喷雾除尘和机械除尘系统;煤泥水采用洗水闭路循环,煤泥厂内回收的工艺流程;煤矸石综合利用,排矸场地绿化治理。噪声控制从声源处控制,设计中尽量减小转载溜槽落差,对于冲击噪声较大的溜槽采用铺设橡胶垫从而减弱钢板的振动等。

The sources and types of environmental pollution in Maomaoshan preparation plant were investigated. The results shown that the population types of Maomaoshan were air pollution, water pollution, solid waste and noise, respectively. As the pollution is detrimental to humans and environment, water-spraying dedusting system, mechanical dedusting system, water circulation system and afforestation of coal gangue were proposed, and the measures could be feasible for the palnt. In view of these pollution prevention and control measures, there are water spray dust removal and mechanical dust removal system in the workshop. The coal slurry water is closed by using washing water, the process of recovering coal slurry plant, the comprehensive utilization of gangue and the greening treatment of waste disposal sites. The noise is controlled from the sound source. In the design,the drop of the transfer chute is minimized. For the chute with high impact noise, rubber pad is used to reduce the vibration of the steel plate.
