在中小型煤矿开采中,工作面较短,掘进设备拆装较频繁,爆破落煤、耙装机装煤方式的落后,在很大程度上制约了煤巷的掘进速度,爆破、耙装机耙装作业易带来安全隐患,炮掘工艺已无法满足矿井安全生产需要。作为一种新型替代人工作业的设备,挖掘式装载机具有体积小,工作效率高,主要适用于中小型煤矿作业空间狭窄的煤巷、半煤岩巷道掘进作业。

Blasting and raking machines are easy to bring safety hazards. Cannon excavation technology can not meet the safety production needs of the mine. As a new type of equipment to replace human work, the excavation-type loader has small volume and high working efficiency. It is mainly suitable for the excavation of coal lanes and semi-coal rock roadways with narrow working space in small and medium-sized coal mines.
