摘要
瓦斯抽采泵做为矿井瓦斯抽采系统的核心组成装备,其运行是否可靠、稳定,对减少瓦斯事故具有十分重要的作用。通过对多个高瓦斯及煤与瓦斯突出矿井瓦斯抽采泵站的实地考察,依据瓦斯抽采泵运行系统的工程图绘制了系统的可靠性框图,并以此为基础,采用定量的方法计算不同运行模式下瓦斯抽采泵运行系统的可靠度,以此更直观地表示系统的可靠性。有助于矿方提高对不同运行模式下瓦斯抽采系统的了解,进而加强系统运行的维护管理。
The gas drainage pump is the core component equipment of the mine gas drainage system,whether its operation is reliable and stable or not that plays an important role in reducing gas accidents. Though on-the-spot investigation of gas drainage pumping station of the high-gas mine and the coal and gas outburst mine, according to the engineering drawings of the operation system of gas pumps, drawing the reliability block diagram of the system. On this basis,the reliability of gas drainage pump operating system under the different operating modes is calculated by quantitative method, so as to show the reliability of the system more intuitively. It is helpful for the mine to improve the understanding of gas extraction system under different operation modes, strengthen the maintenance and management of system operation.
