摘要
为筛选防治防风白粉病的适宜药剂,通过田间试验比较了枯草芽孢杆菌、蛇床子素等5种药剂对防风白粉病的防治效果。结果表明:枯草芽孢杆菌60 g·hm^-2、蛇床子素30 g·hm^-2、嘧菌酯300 g·hm^-2、苯醚甲环唑120 g·hm^-2及茶黄素65 g·hm^-2在二次药后对防风白粉病的防效分别为68.26%、70.31%、67.17%、71.41%和69.95%;对防风安全、无药害;生产上防治防风白粉病宜采用含枯草芽孢杆菌、蛇床子素、嘧菌酯、苯醚甲环唑、茶黄素成分的药剂为佳,建议在发病前或发病初期及早用药防治。
In order to select the suitable fungicides for the control of Saposhnikovia divaricata powdery mildew,5 fungicides,including Bacillus subtilis,osthol,azoxystrobin,difenoconazole and theaflavin,were compared in the field experiments.The results showed that under the dosage of 60 g·hm^-2 of Bacillus subtilis,30 g·hm^-2 of osthol,300 g·hm^-2 of azoxystrobin,120 g·hm^-2 of difenoconazole and 65 g·hm^-2 of theaflavin,the efficacy after the second application was 68.26%,70.31%,67.17%,71.41%and 69.95%,respectively.They were safe and harmless to the Saposhnikovia divaricata.It was suggested that the fungicides containing Bacillus subtilis,osthol,azoxystrobin,difenoconazole and theaflavin should be used as early as possible before or in the early stage of Saposhnikovia divaricata powdery mildew.
