摘要
将服务投资引入双渠道供应链,运用复杂系统理论研究了动态决策模型的稳定性问题。通过分析特征方程根的分布情况,讨论了模型在正平衡点处的稳定情况,并通过数值仿真的方法分析了决策速度对系统稳定性的影响。研究表明制造商与零售商的决策变量调整速度较快会使得系统进入混沌状态;在影响分岔点漂移这一目标上,直销价调整速度与零售价调整速度、服务投资水平调整速度与零售价调整速度之间,均存在反向变动关系;当供应链系统处于不稳定状态时,采取外部控制措施比内部控制措施具有更高的效率。
Service investment is introduced into a dual-channel supply chain,and the stability of dynamic decision models is studied under complex system theory.By analyzing the distribution of the characteristic equation roots,the stability of the model at the positive equilibrium point is discussed,and the effect of decision speed on the stability of the system is analyzed by means of numerical simulation.The research shows that the fast adjustment of decision variables between manufacturer and retailer will make the system enter into chaos state.On the goal of affecting the drift of bifurcation points,there is a reverse change relationship between the direct price adjustment speed and the retail price adjustment speed and between the service investment level adjustment speed and the retail price adjustment speed.When the supply chain system is in an unstable state,external control measures are adopted rather than internal control for higher efficiency.
