石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫吸收塔除雾器差压测量装置的防堵设计与应用

摘要 为降低630 MW燃煤锅炉石灰石石膏湿法脱硫吸收塔除雾器前后差压测量装置取样管路堵塞所带来的测量不准的缺陷数量,自主设计出一套带有防堵冲洗功能的差压测量装置,并基于电厂DCS系统配套设计出自动冲洗控制逻辑.对该装置投运后的运行效果进行对比性分析,结果表明该装置及其控制逻辑投运后效果显著,有效降低了除雾器差压测量不准的缺陷发生率,提升了设备可靠性. To minimize mismeasurement caused by sampling piping blockage of differential pressure measuring device of 630 MW coal fired boiler Wet Limestone-Gypsum FGD absorber demister,a set of differential pressure measuring devices with anti-blocking and flushing function were designed.Besides,the logic of automatic flush control was completed based on the DCS system in the generating station.The paper also compared the operation effect after the equipment is put into operation.The results show that the device and its control logic are remarkably efficient in reducing mismeasurement of differential pressure measurement of the demister and improving reliability of the equipment.
