基于IPA模型的在线大学数学课程满意度的分析 被引量:2

摘要 互联网技术的更新和在线教育的快速发展带来了海量的在线大学数学教育资源,然而在线大学数学课程的满意度和持续学习意愿较低.通过对在线大学数学课程平台的使用情况和课程的满意度进行调查,采用IPA(Importance Performance Analysis,重要表现程度分析)模型分析了在线大学数学课程的满意程度.研究结果表明:中国大学MOOC、网易云课堂是大学生在线学习大学数学课程的两个主要平台,其线上线下相结合的教学模式、一小时以内的单次课程时长和每周3~5次的课程频率最受欢迎.在线大学数学课程的教学效果和师资水平比较令人满意,而互动性和趣味性则有很大的提升空间. The updating of the internet technology and rapid development of online education has brought a large number of online college mathematics resources.However,the proportion of students’satisfaction and willingness to learn mathematics online is small.In this paper,the use of online college mathematics platform and the satisfaction of courses are analyzed,and the IPA model is adopted to analyze the satisfaction of online college mathematics courses.The results show that university of China MOOC and netease cloud classes are two main platforms for college students to learn college mathematics,moreover,the combination of the online and offline mode,single course within one hour and 3~5 times a week are the most popular.The effectiveness and ability of teaching are quite satisfactory,while the interactivity and interest have a lot of room for improvement.
