张仕年运用“骨盆牵正”手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床经验

Clinical Experience of Treating Lumbar Disc Herniation with ’GUPEN QIANZHENG’ by Zhang Shinian

结合多年的临床经验,张仕年主任认为"骨盆牵正"理念是腰椎间盘突出症推拿治疗的关键,治疗过程中重点调整骶髂关节错位,即调整骨盆,纠正了传统推拿只调整腰椎小关节的局限性,在临床亦取得了较好的疗效。治疗中同时结合腰臀部板机点芒针透刺,在解痉止痛、通经活络方面有较好的疗效。本文对张仕年主任"骨盆牵正"的治疗理念进行解读,附验案一则进行解读。

Combined with nearly 30 years of clinical practice, Dr Shinian Zhang thinks the key of TUINA therapy for lumbar disc herniation is ’GUPEN QIANZHENG’ therpay, with the concept of ’pelvic correction’.This method corrects the limitation of traditional TUINA therapy, which only pays attention to the correction of lumbar facet joint. Combined with elongated needle to stimulate the trigger points at waist and hip, ’GUPEN QIANZHENG’therapy has better effect in the aspect of relieving spasm, relieving pain, dredging channels and promoting blood circulation for removing obstruction in collaterals. This article analyzes the mechanism of this method in combination with clinical medical case.
