健侧下肢的跳跃训练对脑卒中患者平衡功能及步行功能的影响

Jump Training of Unaffected Lower Limb on Balance and Walking Function in Patients with Stroke

目的:探讨健侧下肢的跳跃训练对脑卒中患者平衡功能及步行功能的影响。方法:将60例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例),对照组运用常规肢体功能训练方法,治疗组在此基础上配合健侧下肢的跳跃训练,在治疗前和治疗4周后分别采用Berg平衡量表(BBS)、功能独立性评定量表(FIM)中的行走和上下楼梯功能检测标准及10m最大步行速度测试(10MWS)对两组患者进行治疗效果评估。结果:治疗前,两组Berg评分、FIM评分、10MWS差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗4周后,两组Berg评分、FIM评分、10MWS较组内治疗前显著提高,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05),且治疗组Berg评分、FIM评分、10MWS与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:健侧下肢的跳跃训练可提高脑卒中患者的平衡功能和步行功能,值得推广应用。

Objective: To investigate the influence of jump training of unaffected lower limb on balance and walking function in patients with stroke. Methods: 60 stroke patients with hemiplegia were divided into treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=30), the control group used routine training method, while treatment group used combined routine training method with jumping training method of unaffected lower limb. Before and after 4 weeks treatment, Berg Balance Scale(BBS), Functional Independence Measure(FIM) and 10 Meter Walking Speed(10 MWS) were used to evaluate the therapeutic effect of two groups. Results: Before treatment, there were no significant difference in BBS, FIM and 10 MWS between the two groups(P > 0.05). Four weeks after treatment, BBS, FIM score and 10 MWS in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P < 0.05). Four weeks after treatment, there were significant difference in BBS, FIM and 10 MWS between the two groups(P < 0.05). Conclusions: Jumping training of unaffected lower limbs can improve balance and walking function in stroke patients, and this training method is worth popularizing and applying.
