冠心病患者的优质护理干预效果观察

Observation of effect of quality nursing intervention for patients with coronary heart disease

目的:观察冠心病患者的优质护理干预效果。方法:选取2018年5月~2019年5月我院冠心病患者100例,随机分为对照组和试验组各50例。对照组采取常规护理,试验组采取优质护理,统计分析两组患者的焦虑、抑郁评分、护理满意度评分、SF-36评分、健康水平、心脏不良事件发生情况。结果:试验组患者的焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组(P <0.05),护理满意度评分、SF-36评分、生理功能、自我认知能力、日常生活能力评分均高于对照组(P <0.05),急性心肌梗死、心前区不适发作、心力衰竭加重发生率均低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:冠心病患者的优质护理干预效果较常规护理干预好,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective: To observe the effect of quality nursing intervention on patients with coronary heart disease. Methods: From May 2018~ May 2019,100 patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and test group 50 cases each. Control group took routine nursing, test group took quality nursing, statistical analysis of the two groups of patients with anxiety, depression score, nursing satisfaction score, SF-36 score, health level, cardiac adverse events occurred. Results: Anxiety and depression scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05), the scores of nursing satisfaction, SF-36, physiological function, self-cognition ability and daily life ability were higher than those of control group(P < 0.05),acute myocardial infarction(AMI), precardiac discomfort, and exacerbation of heart failure were lower than those of control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion: The effect of high quality nursing intervention for patients with coronary heart disease is better than routine nursing intervention, so is worthy of promotion and application in the clinical.
