伴随着"放管服"改革的深入推进,以政府网站为代表的电子政务建设不断趋向服务型转变。政府网站作为沟通政府和民众的桥梁,承担着及时发布权威信息、提供在线办事服务和互动交流的功能,有效推动政务服务在线化、一体化。引入行政生态学理论分析政府网站的建设现状,能够更加准确剖析现存的问题,针对民众诉求满意度不高、政府公信力和回应力不强等现象从行政生态学的政治系统、符号系统、沟通网络等维度采取更为契合的路径进行优化,建设服务型政府网站。
