产妇产后疲乏水平与育儿胜任感的相关性研究

Correlation between maternal postpartum fatigue level and parenting sense of competence

目的了解产妇产后疲乏水平及育儿胜任感的现状,分析两者之间的关系。方法采用方便抽样法于2018年7—12月选取浙江杭州富阳区第一人民医院的350名产妇作为研究对象,在产妇至产科门诊复查时采用一般资料调查表、疲乏评定量表(Fatigue Assessment Instrument,FAI)、中文版育儿胜任感量表(Chinese Version of the Parenting Sense of Competence Scale,C-PSOC)进行调查,分析产妇产后疲乏水平与育儿胜任感之间的关系。共发放问卷350份,回收有效问卷324份,有效回收率为92.6%。结果324名产妇产后FAI总均分为(5.26±1.18)分,C-PSOC总分为(67.78±8.64)分;产妇产后疲乏与育儿胜任感呈负相关(r=-0.286,P<0.05)。分层回归分析结果显示,产后疲乏中疲乏严重性、疲乏对休息和睡眠的反应可解释育儿胜任感总变异的44.3%。结论产妇育儿胜任感有待提高,产妇产后疲乏水平可以预测育儿胜任感。临床护理人员应采取针对性措施缓解产妇分娩后疲乏程度,以提高其育儿胜任感。

Objective To understand the current status of maternal postpartum fatigue level and parenting sense of competence and to analyze the correlation between them.Methods By the convenient sampling method,a total of 324 puerpera in the First People's Hospital of Fuyang in Hangzhou from July 2018 to December 2018 were selected as research objects.General data questionnaire,Fatigue Assessment Instrument(FAI)and Chinese Version of the Parenting Sense of Competence Scale(C-PSOC)were used for the survey when puerpera went to the obstetrics clinic for reexamination.Correlation between maternal postpartum fatigue level and parenting sense of competence was analyzed.A total of 350 questionnaires were issued and 324 valid questionnaires were collected,with an effective recovery rate of 92.6%.Results The total mean score of postpartum FAI of 324 puerpera was(5.26±1.18),and the total score of C-PSOC was(67.78±8.64).The maternal postpartum fatigue level as negatively correlated with parenting sense of competence(r=-0.286,P<0.05).The results of stratified regression analysis showed that the severity of postpartum fatigue and the response of fatigue to rest and sleep could explain 44.3%of the total variation in parenting sense of competence.Conclusions Maternal parenting sense of competence needs to be improved,and maternal postpartum fatigue levels can predict parenting sense of competence.Clinical nursing staff should take targeted measures to alleviate maternal postpartum fatigue so as to improve their parenting sense of competence.
