摘要
建设应急备用水源地是提高饮用水安全保障水平的重要措施,但目前我国不少城镇饮用水应急备用水源地建设还存在较大的困难。针对西南山地城镇饮用水水源地及水系特点,提出了其应急备用水源地的9种建设方式,并结合世界卫生组织、美国、欧盟、日本等供水安全体系,对应急备用水源地建设的若干认识问题进行了探讨。
Alternative or emergency water sources are essential to urban drinking water safety.With regard to various features of the water system as well as geographical characteristics of China’s southwestern cities,9 construction modes of alternative water source for these cities were presented.In combination of evaluating the drinking water supply safety systems in WHO,US,EU and Japan,some issues concerning alternative drinking water source construction were discussed.
