摘要
某能源重化工基地污水处理厂采用水解酸化-AO-混凝沉淀-超滤-反渗透的主体工艺处理废水,深度处理后的出水作为再生水回用于生产及绿化。工程运行结果表明:SS、NH3-N、COD的平均去除率分别为97.4%、91.3%、94.6%,出水水质达到《城市污水再生利用工业用水水质》(GB/T 19923—2005)与《城市污水再生利用城市杂用用水水质》(GB/T 18920-2002)2个标准要求,直接运行成本为2.02元/m3。
The wastewater treatment plant of an energy heavy chemical industry base used the main process of hydrolytic acidification-AO-coagulating sedimentation-ultrafiltration-reverse osmosis to treat wastewater.Advanced treatment of wastewater is reused as recycled water for production and greening.The result of engineering operation shows that the average removal rates of SS,NH3-N,and COD are 97.4%,91.3%and 94.6%,respectively.The effluent quality meets the indicators in the two standards of The reuse of urban recycling water-Water quality standard for industrial uses(GB/T 19923-2005)and The reuse of urban recycling water-Water quality standard for urban miscellaneous water consumption(GB/T 18920-2002).The direct operation cost is2.02 yuan/m3.
