上海市绿色办公建筑运行水耗基准值分析

Analysis on water consumption reference value of green office building in Shanghai

通过对国内外建筑水耗研究现状以及绿色建筑运行水耗水平的调研和分析,明确了建筑水耗数据的关键影响因素为节水设备和建筑内的人员情况。基于上海市获得绿色建筑运行评价标识的10栋办公建筑,对其用水分项计量数据进行分析,制定出绿色办公建筑的水耗基准值以及修正因子计算方法,供绿色办公建筑确定合理的建筑水耗水平,也便于进一步提高建筑节水量。

Based on the investigation and analysis of water consumption research of domestic and foreign buildings and the water consumption level of green buildings,this paper clarifies that the key influencing factors of building water consumption are water-saving equipment and personnel characteristics.Based on the analysis of the sub-metering data of ten office buildings that declare the green building operation logo in Shanghai,the calculation method and the correction factors of the water consumption reference value are formulated for the green office building.This method could be used to determine the reasonable water consumption of the building and further improve the water-saving level.
