雷火灸加推拿治疗肾虚血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症的疗效分析

Therapeutic Effect of Thunder-fire Moxibustion Plus Massage on Lumbar Disc Herniation of Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type

目的:探讨对肾虚血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者应用雷火灸结合推拿治疗的临床疗效。方法:选取本院2017年1月~2018年12月间收治的肾虚血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者60例,随机分为对照组与研究组各30例。对照组在常规治疗基础上予以推拿治疗,研究组则在常规治疗基础上予以雷火灸结合推拿治疗,分别对比两组患者临床疗效、腰椎评分及疼痛评分。结果:治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗1周、2周、3周、4周后,治疗组JOA评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),VAS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肾虚血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症临床治疗中应用雷火灸结合推拿治疗具有较好的疗效。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of thunder-fire moxibustion combined with massage on patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods:60 cases of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were collected in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018.The patients were randomly divided into control group(n=30)and research group(n=30).The control group was treated with massage on the basis of routine treatment,while the research group was treated with thunder-fire moxibustion combined with massage on the basis of routine treatment,and the two groups were compared.Clinical treatment.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the JOA scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The JOA scores of lumbar spine function in the 1 w,2 w,3 w,and 4 w treatment groups were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the preoperative VAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05);The pain VAS of the 1 w,2 w,3 w,4 w treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Thunder-fire moxibustion combined with massage is effective in the clinical treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.After treatment,the lumbar function score and pain degree score of patients can be significantly improved.This treatment method has very high clinical application value.
