穴位按摩联合康复护理干预在脑性瘫痪吞咽障碍患儿中的应用

Application of Acupoint Massage Combined with Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention in Treatment of Cerebral Palsy with Dysphagia

目的:观察穴位按摩联合康复护理干预对脑性瘫痪吞咽障碍患儿的临床效果。方法:将60例脑瘫吞咽障碍患儿按就诊先后顺序分为对照组和观察组各30例,对照组给予口腔感知觉促进技术、口腔运动训练技术和舌控制训练技术治疗,观察组在此基础上给予穴位按摩联合康复护理干预,应用DDS、TDS及临床疗效评价治疗效果。结果:治疗3个疗程后,两组患儿DDS评分和TDS评分与治疗前差异有统计学意义(P<0.05、P<0.01),观察组改善幅度较对照组更加显著(P<0.05);观察组总有效率与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位按摩联合康复护理干预可显著改善脑瘫伴吞咽障碍患儿的吞咽功能,增加有效吞咽动作,减少流涎,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupoint massage combined with rehabilitation nursing intervention in treatment of cerebral palsy with dysphagia.Methods:60 cases of cerebral palsy with dysphagia were divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30)according to the order of treatment.The control group was given oral sensory stimulation technology,oral exercise training technology and tongue control training technique,On the basis of this,the observation group gave acupoint massage combined with rehabilitation nursing intervention,and applied DDS,TDS and clinical efficacy to evaluate the therapeutic effect.Results:After 3 courses of treatment,the DDS scores and TDS scores of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05,P<0.01).The improvement of the observation group was more significant than that of the control group(P<0.05).The efficiency was statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint massage combined with rehabilitation nursing intervention can significantly improve the swallowing function of cerebral palsy with dysphagia,increase effective swallowing action,reduce runny,and it is worthy of clinical application.
