Analysis and Suggestion on Influence of New Energy Pure Electric Bus on Operation and Management of Traditional Public Transport Enterprises

为了促进新能源公交车辆发展,借助新能源公交车辆数字化管理契机,提升传统公交企业运营管理效率,通过对比分析新能源纯电动公交与燃油公交车在车辆构造、能源供应模式、车辆信息化等方面的区别,结合上海公交企业在新能源公交车辆运营管理上面临的挑战,从提升充电设施效率、加强车辆信息化管理、优化公交线路调度、提升场站安全管理、转变车辆维修模式等方面提出适应新能源纯电动公交发展的运营管理建议,旨在为国内传统公交企业纯电动公交车运营管理提供借鉴。

In order to promote the development of new energy public transport vehicles,with the opportunity of digital management of new energy public transport vehicles,improve the operation and management efficiency of traditional public transport enterprises.Through comparative analysis of the differences between new energy pure electric bus and fuel bus in vehicle structure,energy supply mode,vehicle information and other aspects,combined with the challenges faced by Shanghai public transport enterprises in the operation and management of new energy bus.This paper puts forward the operation and management suggestions to adapt to the development of new energy pure electric bus from the aspects of improving the efficiency of charging facilities,strengthening vehicle information management,optimizing bus line scheduling,improving station safety management,changing vehicle maintenance mode,etc.The purpose is to provide reference for the operation and management of pure electric bus in traditional domestic public transport enterprises.
