摘要
大学生作为新时代生态文明建设的主力军,其心理的健康发展离不开对生命和自然的体悟。将生态体验模式引入高校心理健康教育课中,通过构建基于大学生心理发展特点的课程内容体系、创设基于和谐共生的生态体验场、打造基于整体性和生成性的开放式教学过程,使教学回归到大学生生命本体上,凸显学生的主体性、师生关系的平等性和学生发展的可持续性,使高校心理健康教育课的目标向“人的全面发展”趋近。
As the main force of ecological civilization construction in the new era, college students′ mental healthy deve-lopment is inseparable from their understanding of life and nature. The ecological experience mode is introduced into the college mental health education course. Through the construction of the course content system based on the characteristics of college students′ mental development, the creation of the ecological experience field based on symbiosis and harmony, and the creation of the open teaching process based on the integrity and generativity, the teaching can return to the life ontology of college students, highlighting the subjectivity of students, the equality of teacher-student relationship, and the sustainability of students development, and making the goal of college mental health education course approach to "the all-round development of human beings".
