摘要
骨形态发生蛋白(bone morphogenetic proteins,BMPs)属于转化生长因子(transforming growth factor,TGF)-β家族,BMP9是BMPs的成员之一,又被称为生长分化因子(growth differentiation factor,GDF)-2。BMP9主要由肝脏星状细胞产生,参与调控多种生物学功能,包括铁离子平衡、软骨形成、血管生成、神经元分化、糖脂代谢等,此外,多项研究也表明BMP9对肝癌也有促进作用,但是有关BMP9和慢性肝病之间的联系,我们却仍旧知之甚少。该文主要阐述了BMP9和其信号转导过程,以及BMP9在肝再生、肝损伤和肝癌过程中的作用,旨在为进一步了解BMP9信号转导在肝脏疾病中的作用及研究提供新的线索。
Bone morphogenetic proteins(BMPs)belong to the transforming growth factor(TGF)-βfamily.BMP9 is a member of BMPs and is also known as growth differentiation factor(GDF)-2.BMP9,mainly produced by hepatic stellate cells,participates in the regulation of a variety of biological functions,including iron ion balance,cartilage formation,angiogenesis,differentiation of neurons,sugar,lipid metabolism,etc..In addition,a number of studies have also shown that BMP9 has a promoting effect on liver cancer,but the link between BMP9 and chronic liver diseases was still poorly understood.This paper mainly describes BMP9 and its signal transduction process,as well as its role in liver regeneration,liver injury and liver cancer,hoping to provide new clues for further understanding of the role of BMP9 signal transduction in liver diseases and research.
