超高效液相色谱-质谱法对妇康宝口服液中阿胶成分的鉴别

Identification of Asini Corii Colla in Fukangbao Oral Solution by ultra-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry

目的:建立妇康宝口服液中阿胶成分的质谱鉴别方法。方法:样品经胰蛋白酶酶解后,通过超高效液相色谱-质谱法检测阿胶特征肽离子,进行阿胶成分的鉴别。结果:对5个厂家的61批样品进行测定,其中11批样品未检出阿胶成分,其余样品均检出有阿胶成分。结论:该鉴别方法专属性较强,可用于妇康宝口服液中阿胶成分的定性鉴别。

Objective:To establish a method for identification and quantitative evaluation of Asini Corii Colla in Fukangbao oral solution.Methods:After trypsin digestion,the characteristic peptide ions of Asini Corii Colla were detected by ultra-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry.Results:61 samples from 5 manufacturers were tested.Among them,11 samples were not detected with the characteristic peptide ions of Asini Corii Colla.Conclusion:The identification method has strong specificity and can be used for qualitative identification of Asini Corii Collain component in Fukangbao oral solution.
