摘要
超声介导载药微泡靶向药物释放是一种新兴的靶向给药方法,以声学微泡包裹药物后,经静脉注入后在指定部位进行超声辐照,可实现缓释及靶向给药的双重作用。本文对超声微泡特性、超声微泡载药与给药机制、超声微泡介导靶向治疗的研究进展进行综述。
Ultrasound-targeted drug-loaded microbubbles destruction is a new targeted drug delivery method.After the microbubbles are loaded with drugs,they are injected intravenously and then irradiated by ultrasound at the designated site,which can achieve the dual effects of sustained-release and targeted drug delivery.In this paper,the progress of ultrasound microbubbles characteristics,drug delivery mechanism and ultrasound microbubble mediated targeted therapy are reviewed.
