摘要
在线教育作为一种新的学习方式,正在逐步进入人们的学习与生活。虽然在线教育中教师仍发挥着不可替代的作用,但由于在线教育的特殊性,教师所扮演的角色也悄然发生了改变,成为了帮助学习者克服学习障碍的引导者。因此,深入挖掘在线教师引导技能的内涵,并结合实际教学,总结课程制作、教学实施、教学评价三个阶段中所需要的引导技能,进而形成有别于传统教学引导模式的新模式,成为教师常态化开展在线教学的一项重要研究课题。
As a new way of learning,online education is gradually entering people’s study and life.Although teachers still play an irreplaceable role in online education,due to the particularity of online education,the role of teacher has quietly changed and has become a facilitator to help learners overcome learning obstacles.Therefore,it is an important task for online teachers to carry out daily teaching research to explore the deep meaning of online teaching guidance skills,summarize the guidance skills needed in the three stages of course making,teaching practice and teaching evaluation based on the actual teaching practice,so as to form a new mode that is different from the traditional mode of teaching guidance.
