基于质量型扩招生源的多元分类分层研究与实践 被引量:3

摘要 目前高职院校存在生源多元化、招生数量增加、部分教学质量严重下滑的现象。为实现质量型扩招,需要对人才培养模式进行改革,采用多元化分类分层人才培养模式,对学生进行合理分类与分层。分类分层教学是高职院校人才培养的价值取向,体现高职教育公平性,让学生人人出彩,遏制“混学”现象;教师精准施教,杜绝“混教”现象。基于质量型扩招生源的多元分类分层方法具有现实指导意义,为后续的多元化分类分层教学奠定基础。 Due to the diversity of students’sources,the increase of students’quantity,and the serious decline of teaching quality in higher vocational colleges,it is necessary to reform the student training mode,adopt the diversified classification and stratification of student training mode,and reasonably classify and stratify students,so as to fully realize quality expanded enrollment.Classified and stratified teaching is the value orientation of students’cultivation in higher vocational colleges,which embodies the fairness of higher vocational education,gives each student the opportunity to show one’s talent,and curbs the phenomenon of“mixed learning”.Teachers should provide targeted teaching to put an end to“mixed teaching”.The multiple classification and stratification method based on quality expanded enrollment has its practical guiding significance,which lays a solid foundation for the following multiple classification and stratification of teaching.
