互联网经济的本质内涵与深度治理

RESEARCH ON MATERIAL CONNOTATION AND SOUND DEVELOPMENT OF INTERNET ECONOMY

互联网经济是方兴未艾、前景广阔的科技创新型现代经济。互联网经济在中国得到充分发展,对于中国发展意义重大,需要继续保持健康发展。目前,还存在不少影响互联网经济健康发展的突出问题,需要依靠深度网络治理来解决--主要是采取德治和法治相结合的模式,赋予互联网经济以道德和法治的灵魂和杠杆,把互联网经济打造成道德诚信、规范有序、依法运行、安全可靠的道德经济、法治经济。

Internet economy is a sort of modern economy on innovation of science and technology, which is on the upswing and with big potential and wide prospect. It has been obtaining sufficient development in China. It is very significant for China and demands to keep sound development. However, currently there are a few protrudent problems in influencing its sound development to need a good solution through in-depth internet governance. Mainly the mode to combine rule of virtue with rule of law has to be taken. By this way, the soul and the lever in rule of virtue and law will have been endowed into the Internet economy. Finally it should be made into virtue economy and law economy which is moral and honest, normative and regular, running by law and safe and reliable.
