摘要
现代化治理体系是全面深化改革总目标的重要内容,是立足于中国实践与国情而提出的具有中国特色话语体系的重要组成部分,它的建构遵循着特定的逻辑体系,即始终坚持以人民为中心,坚持人民的主体地位、主体作用和主体利益是其逻辑起点;新时代社会主要矛盾的变化是其实践坐标;实现治理主体多元与模式共治之间的逻辑统一和治理内容多样化与治理目标现代化之间的协同一致是其现实需求。
The modernization of the governance system is an important part of the overall goal of comprehensively deepening reform,and is also an important part of the discourse system with Chinese characteristics based on Chinese practice and national conditions.Its construction follows a particular logical system,the logical starting point of which is adhering to the people as the center,adhering to the people’s subject status,subject function and subject interest.The change of the main contradiction in the new era is its practical coordinate.And it is a realistic demand to realize the logical unity between the plurality of governance subjects and the co-governance of models,and the synergy between the diversification of governance content and the modernization of governance goals.
