摘要
在抛光打磨作业场所,通风除尘管道中粉尘的沉积可能在异常情况下带来爆炸危险。为了对爆炸进行有效预警,该文基于微量称重原理将通风除尘管道内的沉积粉尘的重量检测转换成厚度检测,通过对安装沉积粉尘传感器的管道底部安装孔尺寸影响沉积厚度检测、沉积粉尘传感器结构及振动补偿的研究,研发一种通风除尘管道的粉尘沉积厚度传感器,实验验证了其绝对误差≤0.06 mm。
In the polishing and polishing work,the deposition of dust in the ventilation and dust removal pipeline may cause an explosion hazard under abnormal conditions.In order to warn the explosion,this paper converts the weight detection of the deposited dust in the ventilation and dust removal pipeline into thickness based on the principle of micro-weighing.It affects the deposition thickness detection,deposition dust sensor structure and vibration by installing the opening size of the bottom of the pipeline where the deposition dust sensor is installed.The research of compensation,research and development of a dust deposition thickness sensor for ventilation and dust removal pipelines,the experimental verification of its absolute error≤0.06 mm.
