基于DataMatrix二维码的注油信息管理系统设计

The design of oil injection information management system based on DataMatrix code

为保证生产过程中压缩机的油种、油量都符合生产标准,该文设计了基于DataMatrix二维码的压缩机注油信息管理系统,该系统包括上位机、FX2N PLC、触摸屏、康耐视DateMan读码器等。通过触摸屏设置注油量,PLC根据设定值控制油枪流量并计算实际注油量,随后将实际值与设定值进行比对,若误差小于±5即为合格,信息上传到上位机软件处理;若不合格,生产线停止并提示异常信息。通过读码器读取DataMatrix二维码,将二维码信息与实际注油信息的对比结果存储至SQL Server数据库,供查询和后期产品追溯。

In order to ensure that the oil type and oil quantity of the compressor meet the production standard in the production process,the data injection management information system of the compressor based on DataMatrix code is designed.The system includes the upper computer,FX2N PLC,HMI and Cognex DataMan code reader,etc.The oil filling amount is set by the HMI,the PLC controls the oil injector flow according to the set value and calculates the actual oil filling amount,and then compares the actual value with the set value.If the error is less than±5,it is qualified,the information is uploaded to the upper computer for processing.If not,the production line will be stopped and an abnormal message will be sent.Read the DataMatrix code information through the code reader,the results of the comparison between the two-dimensional code information and the actual filling information are stored in the SQL Server database for query and later product traceability.
