摘要
结合某钢铁公司生产过程中氧气、氮气用量频繁波动的特点,以节能、高效、智能化为出发点,以增加装置经济收益为根本目的,该文阐述了以模型预测控制技术为核心,通过进行智能优化控制器架构设计以及装置操作优化策略模型化,提出一套适用于空分装置运行的智能优化控制综合策略,实现空分装置正常运行时负荷实时智能调整,减少氧气放散,提高能源利用率,提升装置智能化水平,达到空分装置整体长期安全、稳定、高效、智能化运行。
Combined with the characteristics of frequent fluctuations in oxygen and nitrogen consumption during the production process of a steel company,starting from energy saving,high efficiency,and intelligence,and with the fundamental purpose of increasing the economic benefits,this article describes the MPC technology as the core,through the intelligent optimization controller architecture design and the modeling of the operation optimization strategy of the unit.And put forward a set of comprehensive strategy to be suitable for intelligent optimal control of the ASU operation,to realize the real-time intelligent adjustment of load during the normal operation of ASU,reduce oxygen emissions,improve energy utilization rate and unit intelligent level,and achieve the long-term safe,stable,efficient and intelligent operation of the ASU as a whole.
