摘要 由于轮胎压力和温度超出安全标准范围,导致轮胎性能大大降低,最终引发交通安全事故。为预防和减少此类安全事故发生的几率,该文采用SP37集成传感器和STM32控制器设计了轮胎胎压与温度监测系统,对汽车行驶过程中的车胎状态进行实时监测。SP37传感器集成了压力传感器、温度传感器,内部控制器兼容8051指令,同时具有RF射频发送功能,用于实现胎压数据的采集与发送,极大地简化了系统的电路设计。该系统实时显示轮胎胎压、轮胎胎温数据,当采集到数据超出安全阈值时,系统发出提示音警示驾驶员预防爆胎等危险,确保汽车行驶途中的安全,避免危险的发生。通过实验测试,该设计具有稳定性好、测量精度高、系统功耗低等优点。 Because the tire pressure and temperature exceed the safety standard range,the tire performance is greatly reduced,resulting in traffic accidents.In order to prevent and reduce the probability of such safety accidents,the tire pressure and temperature monitoring system is designed by using the integrated sensor SP37 and the controller STM32 to monitor the tire state in real time during driving.SP37 sensor is integrated with pressure sensor and temperature sensor,the internal controller is compatible with 8051 instruction,and has RF transmission function,which is used to realize the collection and transmission of tire pressure data,greatly simplifying the circuit design of the system.The system displays tire pressure and tire temperature data in real time.When the collected data exceeds the safety threshold,the system issues a warning sound to warn the driver to prevent the risk of tire explosion,so as to ensure the safety of the car on the way to avoid the occurrence of danger.Through the experimental test,the design has the advantages of good stability,high measurement accuracy and low power consumption of the system.
