摘要
在制备硅烷改性聚醚密封胶的过程中,考察树脂,填料,偶联剂对密封胶的影响,结果表明,MS树脂的相对分子质量不同,制出的MS密封胶表现出的力学性能不同;且密封胶的硬度随着树脂的相对分子质量的增加而变大;纳米碳酸钙的平均粒径越小,密封胶的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率越有所提升;当纳米碳酸钙:重质碳酸钙为7∶3时,胶体的弹性恢复率是最大的;硅烷偶联剂的加入对密封胶的整体性能有所提升,复配偶联剂对密封胶的断裂伸长率和固化深度等性能的提升要优于单一偶联剂。
In the process of preparing silane modified polyether sealant,the effects of resin,filler and coupling agent on the sealant are investigated.The results show that the mechanical properties of MS sealant are different with the MS resin of various relative molecular weights.The hardness of sealant increases along with the increase of molecular weight of resin.The smaller the average particle size of nano calcium carbonate is,the higher the tensile strength and elongation at break of the sealant is.When the ratio of nano calcium carbonate to ground calcium carbonate is 7:3,the elastic recovery rate of colloids reaches the maximum.The addition of silane coupling agent improves the overall performance of sealant,and the compounded coupling agent has a better enhancement effect on the sealant’s performance(such as the elongation at break and curing depth)than the single coupling agent has.
