兰溪地区职业与非职业砷氟暴露人群尿砷、氟水平调查 被引量:1

摘要 目的调查分析兰溪地区职业与非职业砷氟暴露人群尿砷、氟水平情况。方法以问卷形式,调查包括年龄、性别、文化程度、民族等一般资料情况,并详细记录其尿砷、氟水平检测结果。采集尿样,检测尿砷。结果尿砷水平呈现偏态分布,职业暴露组其尿砷水平要明显高于非职业暴露组(Z=5.093,P<0.01);职业暴露组其在尿氟水平也要明显高于非职业暴露组(Z=6.850,P<0.01)。结论兰溪地区职业人群尿砷、氟水平要明显高于该地区非职业暴露人群,对其身体健康造成了严重损害,且确定当地尿砷、氟水平的参考值的上限值。必须有必要采取相关预防措施,做好高风险职业暴露人群长期监测,降低当地相关职业病发病风险。 Objective To investigate and analyze the urinary arsenic and fluoride levels in occupational and non-occupational arsenic and fluoride exposed people in Lanxi area.Methods In the form of a questionnaire,the basic conditions including age,gender,weight,height,education level,smoking history,past history,working years,dietary and drinking habits,personal protective measures at work,etc.were investigated.Urine samples were collected and detected.Results The urine arsenic level showed skewed distribution,the urinary arsenic level in the occupational exposure group was significantly higher than that in the non-occupational exposure group(Z=5.093,P<0.01);The urine fluoride level of the group was also significantly higher than that of the non-occupational exposure group(Z=6.850,P<0.01).Conclusion The urinary arsenic and fluoride levels of the occupational population in Lanxi area are significantly higher than the non-occupational exposure population in the area,causing serious damage to their health,and the upper limit of the reference values for determining local urinary arsenic and fluoride levels is 123.08 ug/L And 1.97 mg/L.It is necessary to take relevant preventive measures,do a long-term monitoring of high-risk occupational exposure groups,and reduce the risk of local occupational diseases.
