点阵激光联合解毒方对地方性砷中毒掌跖角化的疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of CO2 lattice laser combined with Antidotarium Formula in the treatment on metacarpal keratosis of endemic arsenism

目的观察CO2点阵激光联合解毒方治疗地方性砷中毒掌跖角化临床疗效。方法选取56例地方性砷中毒掌跖角化患者,随机分为2组。对照组30例,予CO2点阵激光治疗;试验组26例,予CO2点阵激光+解毒方,观察临床疗效。结果试验组和对照组治疗后临床症状和体征积分比较,差异有统计学意义。对照组、试验组有效率两者比较差异有统计学意义。试验组和对照组患者均未出现不良反应。结论以CO2点阵激光联合解毒方治疗地方性砷中毒掌跖角化具有肯定疗效。

Objective This study was designed to observe the clinical effect of CO2 lattice laser combined with Antidotarium Formula on metacarpal keratosis of endemic arsenism.Methods 56 cases of metacarpal keratosis with endemic arsenism were randomly divided into 2 groups.In the control group,30 patients were treated with CO2 lattice laser.In the experimental group,26 cases were treated with CO2 lattice laser combined with Antidotarium Formula,and the clinical effect was observed.Results The sign score and clinical symptoms of the experimental group and the control group were compared after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in the experimental group and the control group.Conclusion The treatment of metacarpal keratosis of endemic arsenism with CO2 lattice laser combined with Antidotarium Formula has a positive effect.
