益气养精汤联合吉西他滨和顺铂化疗对中晚期肺癌的疗效观察

Efficacy of Yiqi Yangjing decoction combined with chemotherapy with gemcitabine and cisplatin in treatment of intermediate and advanced lung cancer

目的探讨益气养精汤联合吉西他滨^+顺铂(GP方案)化疗对中晚期肺癌的临床疗效。方法选取2017年1月至2019年7月间宝鸡市凤翔县医院收治的160例中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组80例。对照组患者采用GP方案化疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上联合益气养精汤治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、免疫功能及不良反应。结果观察组患者疾病总缓解率为41.3%,对照组为33.8%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者CD3^+、CD4^+和CD4^+/CD8^+与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组患者CD3^+、CD4^+和CD4^+/CD8^+均较治疗前降低,且观察组均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者白细胞减少和血红蛋白减少发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);两组患者胃肠道不适、肝肾功能损伤和脱发发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论益气养精汤联合GP化疗治疗中晚期肺癌患者疗效较好,可有效调节免疫功能,减轻不良反应。

Objective To study the efficacy of Yiqi Yangjing decoction combined with chemotherapy with gemcitabine and cisplatin(GP regimen)in treatment of intermediate and advanced lung cancer.Methods A total of 160 patients with intermediate and advanced non-small cell lung cancer who received therapy at Fengxiang County Hospital from January 2017 to July 2019 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group by the random number table with 80 patients in each group.The observation group was given Yiqi Yangjing decoction combined with GP regimen and the control group was only given GP regimen.The clinical efficacy,immune function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the overall disease remission rate was 41.3%in the observation group and 33.8%in the control group(P>0.05).In the observation group,difference in the T lymphocyte subsets CD3^+,CD4^+and CD4^+/CD8^+were not significant after the treatment compared with before the treatment(P>0.05).However,levels of CD3^+,CD4^+and CD4^+/CD8^+decreased in the control group after the treatment and the levels were higher in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).The incidence of leukopenia and reduced hemoglobin was lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of gastrointestinal discomfort,liver dysfunction and hair loss between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Yangjing decoctioncombined with GP chemotherapy shows good efficacy for the intermediate and advanced lung cancer,which can effectively regulate immune function and reduce adverse reactions.
