滋肾宁心汤治疗乳腺癌合并肾阴虚型围绝经期综合征的疗效观察

Efficacy of Zishen Ningxin decoction in the treatment of breast cancer complicated with kidney Yin deficiency-associated perimenopausal syndrome

目的探讨滋肾宁心汤治疗乳腺癌合并肾阴虚型围绝经期综合征的临床疗效。方法选取2016年4月至2019年4月间海安市中医院收治的50例乳腺癌合并肾阴虚型围绝经期综合征患者,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组25例。对照组患者采用莉芙敏口服治疗,观察组患者在此基础上采用滋肾宁心汤治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗效果、治疗前后性激素水平及肾阴虚症状积分。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为96.0%,对照组为68.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者黄体生成素(LH)较对照组低,卵泡刺激素(FSH)和雌二醇水平较对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者肾阴虚症状积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论滋肾宁心汤治疗乳腺癌合并肾阴虚型围绝经期综合征,较佳的治疗效果,能够改善患者性激素水平以及肾阴虚症状积分。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Zishen Ningxin decoction in the treatment of breast cancer complicated with kidney Yin deficiency-associated perimenopausal syndrome.Methods Fifty patients with breast cancer complicated with kidney Yin deficiency-associated perimenopausal syndrome were selected at Haian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2016 to April2019.Using random table method,they were divided into an observation group and a control group with 25 patients each.The observation group was given oral remifemin plus Zishen Ningxin decoction and the control group was only given remifemin.Clinical therapeutic effectiveness,levels of hormone and the scores of symptoms of kidney Yin deficiency before and after treatment were compared.Results The overall efficacy rate was 96.0%in the observation group and 68.0%in the control group(P<0.05).The level of luteinizing hormone(LH)was lower and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and estradiol were higher in the observation group than in the control group after the treatment(all P<0.05).After the treatment,scores of symptoms of kidney Yin deficiency were lower in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Zishen Ningxin decoction shows good therapeutic effect in the treatment of breast cancer complicated with kidney Yin deficiency-associated perimenopausal syndrome.It improves the level of hormone and the scores of kidney-Yin deficiency.
