手术切除治疗皮肤恶性肿瘤的效果与复发率分析

Efficacy and recurrence rate for surgical resection of skin malignant tumors

目的探讨手术切除治疗对皮肤恶性肿瘤患者的效果与复发率。方法选取2018年2月至2019年2月间上海复旦大学附属中山医院青浦分院收治的68例皮肤恶性肿瘤患者。根据治疗方法不同进行比较,采用传统手术方法治疗的34例患者纳入对照组,采用Mohs显微外科手术方法治疗的34例患者纳入观察组。比较分析两组皮肤恶性肿瘤患者的治疗效果、复发率和术后短期并发症(切口裂开、继发畸形以及皮瓣坏死等)发生率。结果观察组患者治疗效果为97.1%,高于对照组的79.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者复发率及切口裂开、继发畸形和皮瓣坏死等术后短期并发症发生率显著低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用Mohs显微外科手术方法治疗皮肤恶性肿瘤患者的治疗效果高于传统手术方法,且并发症发生率较低。

Objective To observe and analyze the efficacy and recurrence rate for surgical resection of skin malignant tumors.Methods Sixty-eight patients with skin malignant tumors who admitted to Qingpu Campus,Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected.The outcomes were compared based on the treatment they received.Thirty-four patients who underwent Mohs microsurgery were included in an observation group and 34 patients who underwent conventional surgery were included in a control group.Treatment effectiveness,recurrence rate,and incidence of short-term postoperative complications(wound dehiscence,secondary deformity,flap necrosis,etc.)were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment effectiveness was 97.1%in the observation group which was significantly higher than 79.4%of the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate and the incidence of postoperative short-term complications such as wound dehiscence,secondary deformity and flap necrosis were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The effect efficacy of Mohs microsurgery is higher than traditional surgery for skin malignant tumors with low incidence of complications.
