粗糠树播种及幼苗移栽关键技术优化研究 被引量:4

摘要 利用正交设计方法L9(3^4),研究不同播种时间、不同的基质、不同种子处理对粗糠树发芽的影响,在此基础上采用完全随机设计和变异系数权重比较法研究不同的移栽时期和移栽基质配比等因子对粗糠树幼苗移栽成活率及种苗质量的影响,探寻出最优化的技术方案。结果表明:粗糠树种实经沙藏处理后用清水浸泡72 h在1月播种在河沙中,出苗率最高;两片子叶期移栽至河沙︰草炭︰蛭石=6︰3︰1的基质中成活率高,种苗质量好。 Using the method of orthogonal design L9(34),the effects on Ehretia macrophylla Wall.Seeds germination with different sowing dates,substrates and treatments were studied.Using the method of Completely random design and the weight comparison method of coefficient of variation to research the plant technologies were optimized with the base as the Factors such as different transplanting period and different transplanting matrix ratio.The results showed that the highest emergence rate was the seeds were soaked in clean water for 72 hours after were storaged in wet sand and seeded in the sand bed in January.The highest survival rate and The best seedling quality was the seedlings were transplanted at Cotyledon stage,Planted in complex substrate as River sand:Peat:Vermiculite=6︰3︰1.
