推动青海省农业保险深化发展 助力全面建成小康社会

Promoting the Deepening Development of Agricultural Insurance in Qinghai Province Help Build a Well-off Society in an All-round Way

我国自改革开放以来,城市经济发展日益迅猛,并且与世界各国城市经济之间的差距也逐渐缩小,但是我国的农村经济、保险发展形势依旧不容乐观。为了进一步完善农村金融服务体系,促进农村经济转型发展,优化"三农经济"结构的问题必须得到有效解决。创新农险领域是促进农业发展的重要举措。自2007年在国家的大力支持下,青海省农业保险实现了快速发展,但由于发展年限不足,整体水平还较低。本文在总结青海省农业保险发展现状的基础上,深入分析我省农业保险面临的问题和困难,给出普惠性农业保险的政策建议。

Since China’s reform and opening up, the urban economy has been developing rapidly, and the gap with the urban economies of countries around the world has gradually narrowed, but the development of China’s rural economy and insurance is still not optimistic. In order to further improve the rural financial service system and promote the transformation and development of the rural economy, the issue of optimizing the "three rural economy" structure must be effectively resolved. Innovating the field of agricultural insurance is an important measure to promote agricultural development. Since 2007, with the strong support of the state, agricultural insurance in Qinghai Province has achieved rapid development, but due to insufficient development years, the overall level is still low. On the basis of summarizing the current situation of agricultural insurance development in Qinghai Province, this article deeply analyzes the problems and difficulties faced by agricultural insurance in our province and gives policy recommendations for inclusive agricultural insurance.
