新形势下高职院校大学生创业教育满意度评价体系构建与探索

Entrepreneurship Education for Higher Vocational College Students in the New Situation Construction and Exploration of Satisfaction Evaluation System

在2019年高职百万的扩招和国家职业教育改革的大背景下,论文以高职院校中的温州职业技术学院为例,利用已修完创业教育课程的大学生作为研究对象。以随机抽样的方式收回有效问卷281份,以学生满意度为出发点构建满意度评价体系。在分析顾客满意度理论及相关文献的基础上,对影响大学生创业教育满意度的因素构建4个假设,经假设检验后确立3个假设成立。研究结果显示:创业教育的师资力量、知识提升、技能提升等三个因素均正向影响创业教育学生满意度,其中师资力量的因素影响较大,创业相关的扶持力度因素未通过显著检验,没有统计学意义。为进一步提升大学生创业教育质量,应重视对大学生教育满意度的评价,加强师资队伍建设,通过"校企一体"强化创业教育实践技能。

Against the background of the expansion of millions of vocational colleges in 2019 and the reform of the national vocational education, the thesis takes Wenzhou Vocational and Technical College in vocational colleges as an example, and uses college students who have completed entrepreneurship education courses as research objects. A total of 281 valid questionnaires were retrieved by random sampling, and a satisfaction evaluation system was constructed based on student satisfaction. Based on the analysis of customer satisfaction theory and related literature, four hypotheses are constructed for factors that affect college students ’entrepreneurial education satisfaction, and three hypotheses are established after hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that: the three factors of entrepreneurial education faculty strength, knowledge enhancement, and skills enhancement are all positively affecting the satisfaction of entrepreneurship education students. Among them, the faculty strength factor has a greater impact, and the factors related to entrepreneurship support have not passed the significant test. Statistical significance. In order to further improve the quality of college students ’entrepreneurship education, we should attach importance to the evaluation of college students’ education satisfaction,strengthen the construction of teachers, and strengthen the practical skills of entrepreneurship education through the "integration of schools and enterprises".
