摘要
甲基苯丙胺是具有高度成瘾性的中枢神经系统兴奋剂,长期滥用会损伤脑的结构和功能,从而导致认知损伤,主要表现为学习记忆损伤、注意力涣散等,其中学习记忆损伤最为突出。许多成瘾理论认为学习记忆损伤导致的抑制力或执行控制力缺失是成瘾的标志性特征,会导致持续的药物滥用行为。从甲基苯丙胺成瘾诱导的学习记忆损伤的分子机制和改善甲基苯丙胺诱导的学习记忆损伤的方法进行了综述,为临床治疗甲基苯丙胺诱导的认知损伤提供思路。
Methamphetamine is a highly addictive central nervous system stimulant. Longterm abuse of methamphetamine can damage the structure and function of the brain,which leads to cognitive impairment,including learning and memory impairment,distraction,etc.,among which learning and memory impairment is the most prominent. Many addiction theories indicate that the hallmark feature of addiction is the lack of inhibition or executive control caused by learning and memory impairment,which will contribute to persistent drug abuse. Therefore,this article reviews the molecular mechanism of learning and memory impairment induced by methamphetamine addiction and the methods of improving learning and memory impairment,which provide ideas for the clinical treatment of methamphetamineinduced cognitive impairment.
