替吉奥联合三维适形放疗治疗食管癌的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of tegio combined with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy for esophageal cancer

目的探讨替吉奥胶囊联合三维适形放疗治疗食管癌的临床效果。方法选取2017年8月至2019年8月间海安市人民医院收治的90例食管癌患者,采用随机数字表法分为结合治疗组和单独治疗组,每组45例。结合治疗组患者采用替吉奥胶囊联合三维适形放疗治疗,单独治疗组患者采用单独三维适形放疗治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、体重、KPS评分和不良反应。结果结合治疗组患者总缓解率为73.3%,高于单独治疗组的51.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结合治疗组患者体重增加66.7%,高于单独治疗组的42.2%,体重不变和降低均低于单独治疗组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结合治疗组患者KPS评分升高53.3%,高于单独治疗组的28.9%,不变和降低均低于单独治疗组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结合治疗组患者的Ⅰ-Ⅱ级贫血、血小板下降、中性粒细胞下降、白细胞下降发生率、Ⅰ-Ⅱ级恶心、腹泻和胃炎发生率均高于单独治疗组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论替吉奥胶囊联合三维适形放疗治疗食管癌的临床效果较好,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of tegio capsule combined with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy in the treatment of esophageal cancer.Methods Ninety patients with esophageal cancer treated at Haian People’s Hospital were selected from August 2017 to August 2019.They were randomly assigned to a combination group and a sigle agent group with 45 patients in each group using random table method.The combination group received tegio capsule combined with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy and the control group received three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy.The clinical efficacy,body weights,Karnofsky performance scale(KPS)scores and side effects were compared between the two groups.Results For the overall remission rate,the combination treatment group was 73.3%which was higher than 51.1%of the single agent group(P<0.05).The weight increased by 66.7%in the combination treatment group which was higher than 42.2%of the single agent group(P<0.05).The unchanged and decreased weight was significantly lower in the combination treatment group than in the single agent group(P<0.05).KPS score increased by 53.3%in the combination treatment group which was was higher than 28.9%of the single agent group(P<0.05).The unchanged and decreased KPS score was lower in the combination treatment group than in the single agent group(P<0.05).The incidence of gradeⅠtoⅡanemia,decreased thrombocytopenia,neutropenia,leukopenia,gradeⅠtoⅡnausea,diarrhea and gastritis was significantly higher in the combined treatment group than in the single agent group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Tegio capsule combined with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy is effective in the treatment of esophageal cancer.
