针对性护理对晚期食管癌性梗阻食管粒子支架植入术患者的效果观察

Efficacy of postoperative targeted nursing in patients undergoing particle-coated esophageal stent placement for advanced esophageal cancer complicated with obstruction

目的探讨晚期食管癌性梗阻食管粒子支架植入术患者术后采用针对护理的干预效果。方法选取2017年1月至2019年12月间河南省南阳市第二人民医院收治的84例晚期食管癌性梗阻患者,根据护理方法不同进行分组,其中,采用常规护理的42例患者纳入对照组,采用针对性护理的42例患者纳入观察组。比较两组患者术后视觉模糊疼痛量表(VAS)评分及术后并发症发生率。结果术毕,两组患者VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后第1天和第3天,观察组患者VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后并发症发生率为4.8%,低于对照组的21.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理用于晚期食管癌性梗阻行食管粒子支架植入术患者,可缓解患者术后疼痛,降低并发症,值得大力推广。

Objective To explore the effect of targeted nursing intervention on postoperative pain and complications in patients undergoing particle-coated esophageal stent placement for advanced esophageal cancer complicated with obstruction.Methods From January 2017 to December 2019,84 patients with advanced esophageal cancer complicated with obstruction who admitted to Nanyang Second People’s Hospital were selected and were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group based on the nursing they received with 42 patients in each group.The observation group was given targeted care and the control group was given routine care.The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the VAS scores between the two groups after the operation(P>0.05).The VAS were lower in the observation group than in the control group at 1 d and 3 d after the surgery(all P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complication was 4.8%in the observation group which was lower than 21.4%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted care can relieve postoperative pain and reduce complications in patients undergoing particle-coated esophageal stent placement for advanced esophageal cancer complicated with obstruction,which is worthy of vigorous promotion.
