援疆援藏渔业扶贫实例分析及成效评析

研究和分析了近十年来援疆援藏渔业扶贫典型实例并对其扶贫成效进行客观评析,为同区域同类型其他贫困地区提供参考.通过对援疆援藏渔业扶贫实例网络信息和文本的搜集,分析典型实例及评析其扶贫成效.援疆援藏渔业扶贫近年来成果丰硕,涌现许多典型案例带动多人脱贫致富,其中西藏亚东县发展亚东鲑鱼产业、林芝地区发展集装箱水循环高效养殖产业、新疆发展湖泊冷水鱼生态养殖产业、休闲渔业产业、特色渔业养殖产业扶贫成效明显.加强援疆援藏渔业扶贫工作力度,巩固现有渔业扶贫成果,实现渔业援疆援藏可持续良性发展.

This paper studies and analyzes the typical examples of aiding Xinjiang and Tibet in fishery poverty alleviation in recent ten years,and objectively evaluates the effect of poverty alleviation,so as to provide reference for other poverty-stricken areas in the same region and type.By collecting the network information and text of aiding Xinjiang and Tibet in fishery poverty alleviation,this paper analyzes the typical cases and evaluates the effect of poverty alleviation.In recent years,there have been fruitful achievements in aiding Xinjiang and Tibet in fishery poverty alleviation,and many typical cases have emerged that have lifted many people out of poverty and become rich,including Yadong salmon industry in Yadong County of Tibet,container water circulation efficient breeding industry in Nyingchi,as well as cold-water fish in lakes ecological breeding,leisure fishery and characteristic fishery breeing industries in Xinjiang.We should strengthen efforts to assist Xinjiang and Tibet in fishery poverty alleviation,consolidate existing achievements in fishery poverty alleviation,and realize sustainable and benign development of fishery assistance to Xinjiang and Tibet.
