随着新课改的不断推进,初中数学教师应当明确中学生在教学工作中的主体地位,采用导学式教学模式正是尊重学生的主体地位,使数学教师在教学过程中能够更好地发挥指导作用,建立高效的数学课堂。在实际应用过程中,如何科学高效地应用导学式课堂教学模式,在教学任务中发挥良好作用,是每一名数学教师都应当积极思考和不断探索的。

With the continuous advancement of the new curriculum reform,junior middle school mathematics teacher should clarify the dominant position of middle school students in the teaching work.The use of guided teaching mode is to respect the student’s dominant position,so that mathematics teachers can better play in the teaching process guiding role,build efficient mathematics classrooms.In the practical application process,every mathematics teacher should actively think and continue to explore how to apply the guided classroom teaching mode scientifically and efficiently and play a good role in the teaching tasks.
