幼儿园转岗教师专业成长实践策略研究

摘要 基于当前的形势,不少从事学校教育的教师进行转岗,投入学前教育事业中来。但是幼儿园转岗教师当前存在着较多的问题,不利于学前教育的发展。因此,要重视幼儿园转岗教师中存在的问题,从而促进转岗教师的专业成长。本文主要从幼儿园转岗教师的现状分析入手,从而探讨其专业成长实践的相关策略。 Based on the current situation,many teachers engaged in school education are transferred to the pre-school education.However,there are many problems in the transfer of kindergarten teachers,which is not conducive to the development of preschool education.Therefore,we should pay attention to the problems existing in kindergarten transfer teachers,so as to promote the professional growth of transfer teachers.This article mainly starts from the kindergarten transfer teacher’s present situation analysis,thus discusses its specialized growth practice related strategy.
