摘要
当前小学教育管理存在诸多"失人"的现状,教师要立足生本,优化教育管理方式,提升管理效能,促进学生的生命成长。本文主要从采用人本管理、增加弹性管理、营造民主氛围、构建育人环境等角度,阐述人本视野下小学教育管理的主要策略。
Primary educational management model has many prombles now.It ignored students.The teacher should face to students,improve educational management model,improve mangement effect and help the students grow up.The article expounds primary educational management should base on students,add flexible mangement,creat democratic atmosphere,build a good environment and so on.
