摘要 《3-6岁儿童学习与发展指南》指出:幼儿教师在保证幼儿教学工作顺利推进的同时,要注重培养幼儿的素质,真正意义上将素质教育落到实处。尤其在素质教育快速发展的今天,探究能力的培养成为素质教育的主要体现形式,幼儿教师要认真贯彻素质教育提出的要求,意识到培养幼儿探究能力的重要性,同时要重新审视当前的教育教学工作,立足于幼儿学习规律、心理特征等,积极开展以培养幼儿探究能力,提高幼儿整体素质的科学研究活动,注重引导幼儿通过直接感知、亲身体验和实际操作进行科学学习,以此促进幼儿全面发展。 The"Guide to Learning and Development for Children Aged 3-6"pointed out:While ensuring that children’s teaching work progresses smoothly,children’s teachers should pay attention to cultivating children’s qualities,and implement quality education in a real sense.Especially in today’s rapid development of quality education,the cultivation of inquiry ability has become the main manifestation of quality education.Preschool teachers should seriously implement the requirements of quality education,realize the importance of training children’s inquiry ability,and re-examine the current education and teaching work,based on children’s learning laws,psychological characteristics,etc.actively carry out scientific research activities to cultivate children’s inquiry ability and improve children’s overall quality,focusing on guiding children to conduct scientific learning through direct perception,personal experience and practical operation,so as to promote children’s comprehensive development.
